Everything you need to know about how we ship your DMV Clothes order — costs, timing, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Where we ship
We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
2. How much it costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat $8 shipping fee applies. Expedited options are shown at checkout where available.
3. How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days; expedited 2–3 business days. You’ll get an email the moment your order ships.
4. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We’ll send a tracking link by email so you can follow your package to the door.
5. Returns & exchanges
Return unworn items in original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Email us to start a return and we’ll send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.
6. Wrong or missed addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment.
7. Lost parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, or it appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
